In 2014, Computer Service Professionals will celebrate our 26th year of business serving community banks. In the banking software industry as well as in any technology-based industry, that’s an impressive accomplishment. But to us, it’s also an indication of the depth of our experience…the scope of our expertise…and the solidity of our customer service commitment.
Without a doubt, in 2013 our strengths were tested in a challenging marketplace. But with a disciplined, strategic approach and a dedicated and focused team, we met those challenges and built momentum throughout the year. As a result, we developed the Aurora Online Banking and the e-Banking suite of products. These products were introduced the third quarter, and are meeting with great success. Each of these new products is designed to help your financial institution increase capabilities and cost-efficiencies.
As we look ahead to 2014, CSPI will continue to meet the challenges presented by the constant change in our industry, including complex compliance and security issues. We will build on our solid foundation of excellent customer service, experienced professional staff, and the strength of our customer base while continuing to move forward with innovative products and services.
