* Please note the following hardware support service applies during normal business hours. If your site is not currently contracted for hardware or remote maintenance with CSPI, it is your responsibility to work directly with your hardware-network provider for resolution. If CSPI assistance is required for non-contracted hardware services, the service fee is $90.00 per hour and will be billed in one-hour increments effective January 1st 2011.

After-hours service is available at the timeframes outlined above. This service is for emergency-billable assistance. Service calls placed during these timeframes will be billed at a rate of $200.00 per hour with a one-hour minimum. Please select the appropriate option for After Hours assistance; otherwise your call will be returned during normal business hours. All support calls placed after 10:00 pm CST Monday through Friday or after 12:00 noon CST on Saturday, will be returned the following business day.
