Contact Name, Phone Number, Title, Prior System, Host System, and Asset Size.

unauthorized use whether inside or outside our office, and whether the data was
obtained via modem, fax, or electronic media. All of our operational and data
processing systems are in a secure environment that protects your customer data
from being accessed by third parties. CSPI limits employee access to your customer
data, to those who have a business need to know. We educate our employees so
that they understand the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy. In
the event of a breach in security, CSPI will notify our affected customers as soon as
possible.

control procedures, passwords, and physical access controls. We also employ a
variety of other mechanisms to ensure that data you provide is not lost, misused or
altered inappropriately.
