Each module is fully integrated, giving you the power to retrieve and view any image or transaction. The system is user-friendly and easy to expand with new features and functionality. Our system is also designed to make every bank employee a Customer Service Representative. You have access to data as soon as it is captured and balanced. This means that all employees can research transactions captured just seconds ago; even before they're transmitted to the core system. Has a loan payment been made? Was my deposit received today? What specific checks went with my deposit? Any of these customer questions can be answered with the click of a button. Features of our software will give you a competitive advantage. With user-defined reports, review how many competitor checks come through your bank. These reports include end-point analysis information (i.e. which routing numbers receive most of your outgoing items). These reports can be modified at any time. We design every module to interface with other non-CSPI systems. From retrieving customer information from your core system to passing images to internet banking products, we've made data exchange a seamless process. Instant access to images makes our sytem unique. Image research can be performed on transactions from any PC as soon as a batch of work is in balance. (A batch is about 300 items.) This instant access to data reinforces our belief that any employee can assist with customer service. The CSPI system also allows you to re-create any transaction instantly. Simply display an item and click on the "Transaction" icon. The research viewer re-creates the entire transaction based on that one item. With this capability, you can answer specific customer questions, such as "who wrote the $25.00 check that was in my deposit this morning?" This kind of data access also allows you to view what loan payments have been made that day, why a teller is out of balance, and if an account is kiting checks. In addition to current transactions, you'll have immediate access to transactions dating back months or years. Many years of research data can be stored online on a high-speed RAID server. Image statements can be stored online for as many years as the data. This allows them to be easily researched or reprinted at any time. Plus, like the POD data, entire statement cycles are backed up onto CDs or DVDs for permanent storage. Image Statements and Notices
CSPI's Image Processing system gives you the option to print hard copy statements, produce encrypted, password-protected Adobe files for e-mail delivery or create a statement CD that includes reconciliation files to use with consumer banking products like Quicken or MS Money.

Customers can have their statements printed with 2, 4, 8, 10, 12 or 18 images per page with debits or credits included (or both). There is an option to print front images only or a combination of fronts and backs, and images can be sorted by date or check number.

You also have the choice to print the first (or all) text pages on letterhead or the system can automatically print your logo on plain paper. Simplex or duplex printing is allowed.

E-Mail Statements are 128-bit encrypted, password-protected Adobe PDF files that are sent using MS Outlook or directly through an in-house SMTP mail server.

Statement CDs include statement files with an image viewer, statement text search capabilities and check reconciliation files.

Statement can be customized by account:

• Print 2, 4, 8, 10, 12 or 18 images per page*
• Include Check Images only or Checks and Deposits (or trucated images)*
• Select Front Images only, Fronts & Backs, Check Backs or Deposit Backs*
• Images can be sorted by Date Cleared or Check Number*
• For combined statements, images can be combined or separated by account
• Image pages can be printed simplex and duplex
• Statements can be printed, e-mailed, both or neither

*These options can be modified at print time.

General Statement Options:

• Choice of text, font pitch and character spacing
• First page only or all text pages may be printed on letterhead
• Bank logo image may be printed in lieu of letterhead
• Existing text can be moved, deleted and additional text can be added
• Page margins and layouts can be adjusted (e.g. to accommodate 3-hole punching)
• Image page text and headers can be modified to match text pages
• OMR Marks (which are readable by Neopost, Formax, Hassler and Pitney-Bowes folder/inserter machines) can be printed to automate statement processing
• Statements can be sorted by zip code and printed with postal barcodes to reduce postage costs
